Returning your purchase
Should you not be entirely satisfied by one of our garments, please advise within 7 days after receipt of goods. Please contact us to discuss the next steps.
Receiving a refund
We will gladly replace it or exchange it for another product or reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
INSURANCE
Please check your parcel when it arrives for damages and/or missing pieces and give immediate written notice to us by e-mail. info@felinedesigns.co.uk
